Q: about gps and slow in video files

i have 2 q about touch viva .... is there external gps i can connect it with my phone and where i can find it i mean on internet ....
and q no.2 i just updated the rom but aftere the update the video files work little bit slower than before or lets say slow ... so what should i do ?
is there any thing i can do please ?

divx video files with mobile divx player are so better than video files with media player,
the quality with divx is perfect.
