Cannot flash anything

Hi,

I want to flash a new rom to my HTC TOUCH DUAL.
if i boot in three color modus it says

NIKI200
SPL-1.22.0000
CPLD-4


But if i want to flash anything, after a while i get "Connection error".
How do i flash it ? :)

It's about all SPL's (SSPL,USPL,HardSPL) just start reading there

So i try to flash the USPL, it hangs on 0%, and 2 minutes later i get "Connection error".

What am i doing wrong?

I found something, at the moment my phone boots into the three-color screen, the activesync connection is lost, and won't come back.

Is that normal?

it's normal.

Try this one
1)Download original ROM
2)Disable afirewall/antivirus software
3)Unplug ethernet cable
4)Uninstall activesync
5)Restart PC
6)Boot phone in three-color screen (Bootloader)
7)Try to flash original rom

if you still have no success, there is two possible reasons:
1)Problem in your PC (Just reinstall windows, formating will be good to :))
2)Problem in phone's flash memory (Only service center can help you)

How come nobody gave him the option to flash using the memory card, dont know how to name the nbh file (NIKIIMG??) but that could work for it, whoever has the name for the image should also update it to the wiki..
