Trouble installing official ROM 2009-01-16

Just got a Diamond from T-Mob Germany and am trying to flash with latest WWE ROM. installed Olinex's hard spl (no problem!) but am stumped at next steps; my s/n (german device) won't let me download the WWE Rom directly from HTC, but did download RUU_Diamond_hTC_Asia_WWE_2.03.707.2_Radio_Signed_D iamond_52.51.25.26_1.09.25.23_Ship (from a link I found here on XDA forums). It's an exe file, and when it ran the utility said it couldn't flash my device. Is this b/c I had just installed hard spl and the HTC exe file first looks for the standard spl? If so, how do I get the regular SPL back? OR, can anyone suggest a way to get the new WWE ROM onto my Diamond? Since I just got the device and can't navigate through the German ROM, I want to put the stock WWE ROM on and get used to it before I start cookin..." HELP!

There is somewhere here in the forums a generic upgrade program. Search for DiamonCustomRUU. I used it to put a WWE ROM on my german Diamond as well.
