App to display new SMS on today screen

Is there an app that does just this other than ZoomSMS and Vito SMS-Chat?
Something that looks nicer perhaps?

Maybe something that looks like this:

Maybe just add a button to reply that goes to the default messaging threaded SMS.
That's it. No other fancy stuff.

That is a really nice looking idea... I have tried Vito SMS before and disliked it as well.
I hope someone tries to make this.

you can try FEWidgets' sms viewer.. but you'll have to use the FEWidgets today plugin for it

I've actually tried that.. and even made a post request on the Widgets thread for a better SMS widget. It's almost what I wanted, but it's not. Not to mention FEwidgets development is slow. :(

because there isn't anything to develop. all you can do is add new widgets.
