SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!! HTC Touch Pro Problems

My Problem is,

Frequently my Touch Pro will have a black screen when i try and turn it on. Its really bugging me because i dont have insurance :( When i try and go to my landscape mode it will stay in portrait. sometimes (1 out of every 50 times) it will actually load in landscape allowing me to text. If the screen turns off and i try and turn back on its not gonna happen. I can get the screen to come on by pressing the power button on\off over and over until it, well just happens...

If anyone knows a solution to this problem i would greatly appreciate it. I should add that i have done a hard reset and it didnt fix anything at all. I havent changed the ROM so i dont see what the problem is. Thank you in advance

This could be either hardware or software. why don't you back your stuff up and hard reset?

I Only had contacts, which i couldnt figure out how to backup. everything else is on a micro sd card.

I figured that a hard reset would fix a software or hardware problem...

you can use PIMBackup 2.8 to back your data up. anything on your storage card will stay safe... but you should always remove it just incase.
hard reset.. and see what happens. if it's a hardware problem.. it most probably won't be solved.. unless a miracle happens. if it's software, it should solve everything since hardreset is as clean as you can get - that is, if your rom was alright in the first place.

Hi, did you figured out what happened?
cause mine just got the black screen, and the screen doesn't power up for anything... I just get the side lights of the screen on.

Did a hard reset solved the problem?
