Running Processes >10mb

Hi,

I noticed that I have 3 processes almost taking 20mb of my mem...
are they necessary ? if not how can I kill them ?

- filesys.exe > 4.75 M
- device.exe > 5.14 M
- gwes.exe > 12.3 M

filesys.exe explains itself
device.exe is mainly for hardware and drivers
gwes is for grapgical user interface
They are most important processes and there is no way to keep your device running if you kill any of them
