Weather problem in opal?

After modifying the .xml file in windows to add my city, I found that add city is no more working in weather in manilla 2d.
I shall be thankful if anybody explain in simple way how to correct that?

Obviously the first question is didn't u backup the xml file? :confused:
Haven't you by chance modified any other line concerning the weather widgets ?
I modified the xml too and hadn't any problem of this sort... though it turned out it's useless on its own, and Manila 2D needs to be patched also. Did you patch it too?

After installing the backup of system, it solved the problem. But it is useless for me because the weather does not contain my cities.

What you mean by patching Manila 2D? Would you explain further?

why dont you just try install another weather program ... and keep the orginal one in the divice lol

But how you can install and show other program in manilla 2D. I am having spb weather but it would not show in manila.
