Just wondering if anyone using a TyTN II has encountered problems trying to get the Microsoft Tag Reader program to work.. Whenever I try to start the program, I get the error:
The camera on your phone could not be accessed - 80070037. Close any other applications that may be using it and try again.
Now, I'm fairly certain that nothing else is using the camera.. I've tried starting Tag Reader after both a hard/soft reset, with the same results. Is there any way to find out if there's a hidden process that is using the camera? Or any other tips?
(yes, I know the Tag Reader is still in beta.. but I'm antsy).

Just an update:
A few days ago I had a brief "Woo hoo" moment. I tried unchecking the "Compatibility Mode" in the Reader options.. For some reason, that caused it work. Unfortunately, the next time it started, Compatibility Mode was checked again. And, unchecking it did not cause the program to work.
The other oddity that happened yesterday: I got the error, said ok. Left the program running for a few minutes, with the "Restarting Camera" message displayed. Finally, it started the actual camera program (the default camera program, not the one for Reader).

Actually, I've found that turning off wifi & doing a soft reset (and keeping wifi turned off), causes this error to go away.

I think the Compatibility mode is where it uses the phones camera application instead of accessing the camera directly via the API. You then take a picture of the Tag which is stored, then MS Tag interprets the photo.
I have two Kaisers with virtually the same ROM and MS Tag will only work on one of them. I get the 80070037 error and I can't resolve this. Are there any other workarounds?
Cheers

I realized the same thing: Compatibility mode was just to bring up the built in Camera app.
What I've noticed: after getting the error, TagReader will display "Restarting Camera". If I hit the Action button, it will bring up the built in Camera app.. I take my pic, return to Tagreader..
Using tagreader's camera functionality was just too flaky.. gave up.
