Just got an AT&T Tilt and I was looking around and found this site, looks cool and signed up. Ive been seeing things about ROM, Radios, Skins, etc. Need some help so I know what all those are!! :P.. hope I posted this in the right section. thnx :p

Im not sure but, do I have to unlock my Tilt (8925) to use all the programs?
If so, how do I unlock it? Whats the easiest way? (I bought it off ebay):o
also are the programs free?

unlock is generaly a thing one does if the phone was bouth with a suscrition and as such tied to the sim card of the operator

some programs are free some cost money
