Enabling Task Manager

How can I enable htc task manager on my
Sprint HTC touch the "home screen" after i installed the latest version of manila 2d
on the right hand corner>

It is supposed to be with big icons for fingerfriendlyness issues :)

they should put that link on the Manilla frequently ask questions cuz alot of peopel get this problem and dont know how to fix it :(
