athena and error 244 invalid model id

dear friends
i donnt know what happend with my phone
i make upgrade to this rom Athena_SPL3.5_WM6.1_WWE_R6.1-Michy
and my phone make restart by itself at 90 %
when i try to flash the old rom that i had it b4 i mean this one (AP Touch)
the phone restart at 1% and my pc tell me error 244 invalid model id
any advice plzzzzzz :eek::eek:
by the way this this info in my boot loader

same prob here. after flashing an original rom for the x7500 everything is ok. flash at bootloader

thank you alot mr xacsx but i found this rom (Advantage_HTC_WWE_2.21.405.2_1.50.00.00_Ship)
and its gave me the same error about wrong id
its make dffrent that my phone come originaly with swedish rom ??

Plenty of people have made the same mistake trying to put a SPL3.5 rom on SPL1.2
Usually the invalid vendor id means that at bootloader you can't see athe100

mhm, i have forgotten, i must make this before 6 month, and its worked. after this steps i flashed from sd-card, and everything works fine again, and i made a description in german >> http://www.xxacsxx.wg.am/ameorepair.html

Thanx very much for solution after changing of MAC ID by ur procedure mtty, my Athena is working again thanx very very much. But after changing MAC ID, first install AP 3 (or original or michy) rom then go for any other rom as i did.
