Is the MDA (T-Mobile version of the Diamond) Official ROM+Radio out there?

Is the MDA official ROM out there? I've tried so many ROMs but none of them I can connect to MSN messenger through the "Live" program that is default on the device.

If anyone could provide me with a link (or a reason as to why the MSN service & the skype service fails to connect via 3G), I'd be very grateful.

you can download it from the official t mobile site (if theres a update in your country though)

I can't find it on the UK site. Is there a link anywhere at all?

can someone please post it. I like to try it as well. Because I don't have MDA4, cant download it. Dutch or English version would be great!
