How to unlock NEON's simlock!(type ht1100 by ntt docomo)

Hey guys.I've got a neon,it's HT1100 oem by Ntt docomo in japan....but it seams locked sim....I need to unlock it,but only way i found is pay by sending my imei to internet to unlock,is there any solution with software to unlock it!~

P.S. But as i know, japanese Touch Dual can works only in 1.7Ghz frequency band. There is no operator's (except Japanese) that uses 1.7Ghz.

Tks,bro!The thread of unlock topic is for "niki" not for "neon"......

Japanese TOUCH DUAL has two style,one is S12HT from EMONSTER,i've got one;second is HT1100 from NTT DOCOMO ,i've got another.
S12HT is only work on WCDMA frequency,not for GSM.
HT1100 is WCDMA/GSM phone.....it had a simlock,i can't unlock it by free!~

Anyone looking for the japanese ntt docomo neon stock rom, it has been rebuilt and is located in the thread at the link above.

to sim unlock my phone I flashed the telstra australian WWE Rom, entered my code that I bought off ebay and then flashed back to the japanese rom
