My Kaiser stuck in bootloader

Hello!! I have problem with mu kaiser 130.Phone stuck in bootloader patching kaiser-radio-patched.nbh this file.After 98% its give error.Now phone only boot loader when i m trying to power on the phone.
Phone comes from UK with 3g Network.Help please....

I m trying flash phone with all this version

RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_1.56.405.5_radio_sign_22.45.88. 07_1.27.12.11_Ship.exe

RUU_Kaiser_HTC_TUR_Turkcell_2.50.480.0_radio_sign_ 22.51.88.13_1.27.15.32R2_Ship.exe

But while upgrading i got this an error like bellow the picture..
