View Full Version : User Customizations?

So when the device hard resets and the user customizations are running, how do you set up your own user customizations? I just read the ROM cooking Wiki and didn't see anything about it. I can see how to convert a cab to an OEM package, but I am not sure that is what I am looking for.

Specifically, I have an exe file (self executing restore file that is to be run from the mobile device, with an exe extension) that I want run during the customization process. And I don't want anything else run at all during this process.

Can someone point me in the right direction to make this happen?

The file I am trying to run is an SPB clone Image file. I made it with the trial version, you can download the trial version here if you want:
http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/clone/download.html

It costs $300 to buy, so I am not going to buy it unless I can make it work the way I want.

Search your kitchen's OEM for Config*.txt and add it to one of those files.

EXEC:MyApp.exe

Thanks
Dave

Thought i'd point this out as single users don't have to pay the information is provided by SPB http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=258056 "The original email from SPB is included in the thread"
