Black Screen and nothing happen

HI

I m trying to load hard-spl in to my HTC Diamond PRO to allow me to flash with Portuguese ROM but when I got the black screen I can see the USB connection drop off and nothing happen after?
Could someone tell me what should I do ?

First check if you have a Touch Diamond or a Touch Diamond Pro. The devices and the Hard-SPL's, ROM's and Radio's are not the same!

If you have a Touch Diamond, maybe someone on this forum can help you. If you have a Touch Diamond Pro, you shouldn't be flashing Touch Diamond Hard-SPL's, ROM's and Radio's from this forum! In that case, check the Raphael ROM development (http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=440) forum for more info.
