kaiser after unlock with black screen

hi, guys, i tried to unlock a kaiser with htc all unlock 1.2, and in the pass number 3, show me an error, and put the screen black, when i conect to sync, it shows conected, but the screen is black, if i pull out and in the battery, and turn on, shows the att and 3g logos, and then again the screen turns black.

please if somebody can help me, i'm new with htc, but it shows this:

KAIS1*0 MFG
SPL-1.0.Olipof
CPLD-8

it is getting worst, i did a hard reset, and now when i conect to my computer, ask me for "generic rndis drivers", last time i solve this from the phone, but now it has black screen.

Please i need yor help.

You have a patched Radio on your device that was put on to unlock it. Unfortunately the Radio is incompatible with your rom which is giving you the black screen. Do you know if you have WM6.0 or WM6.1? If you do then you can just flash a compatible Radio back onto your device via microSD Card.

The simplest thing if you dont know what Rom you are using and dont have any user information on your phone that you need to keep, or if you already have it backed up is to goto my Flashing Your First Rom (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=433835) Guide, upgrade your HardSPL using step3 (Flashing via MicroSD Card) and then flash a WM6.1 Rom using step5. Once you have upgraded your Rom you should have no problem using step4 to unlock your device if you want to. Just remember to flash back a WM6.1 Radio (step6) after it has completed.

Yeah, sound's like a new radio flash will sort it out.

Why use a Unlocker off one forum and ask for help on another? There are 3 Kaiser unlockers on here :) All of which are really easy to use and work perfectly (or we know howto fix when they go wrong).
