After flash no sounds

Hello @ all i have a problem, i have flash this rom KaiserHTC_GER_1.56.407.3Reconstructed und the radio 1.70.18.02 and than 1.71.09.01.
But any things not work:

No sound
No camera
I cant hear by a calling
