Is Opal VIVA a TF3D or TF2D?

Just curious to know, Opal VIVA, is it a TF3D or TF2D. coz i heard it already have a 3DManila. and i've tried to install a TF3D theme but it cannot work. I'm confuse

By the way what is the benefit in TF3D? I mean what is the difference? How much space it need?

emmm the diffrent btween 2d and 3d i guess the graphic .... the 3d little bit more than 2d in space and the 3d take more of the processor speed
and about install it you can find it in Hacking and Development section under name Manilla 3D i guess but i recommend you stay on the orginal one
