Battery drain problem... solution?

The battery of my friend's elf is discharging for no apparent reason, even after purchasing a new battery and even after hard resetting the device. Any help? Its running on WM 6.0. Thanks in advance.

uncheck all automatic updates on all your applications,also have a look in bluetooth/wifi settings.. I have set all my apps to manuall update and my elfin now last 3 days :D
