Hi there,
does anyone have experience with the Ted Baker London external USB charger battery? It's supposed to have 3400 mAh and won't change the thickness of the HTC Touch Diamond or other devices which can be charged with miniUSB. The idea sounds great to everyone who's scared of having a double sized Diamond because it's an external and mobile charger with a nice design.

Just found another external USB charger. So you could use your diamond like a gameboy :P (needs 2xAA Batteries):

I use a similar one from Maplin (.co.uk) which is thinner - about the size of the Diamond, but is only 2000 mAh.

This will not charge the Diamond from 5% to more than 90%, so I suppose the Ted Baker one will at least give a full charge with some left for a bit more charge later

Nice link to swiss batteries though - the solar card looks intresting

Hi,
I just got my ordered Ted Baker charger (Proporta.com usb mobile charger in Ted Baker design). Looks pretty nice but is a little thicker as the Diamond.

I will test as following:
1. I'll charge the Ted Baker fully.
2. When Diamond says 1% battery left I'll charge it with the Ted Baker charger to 100%.
3. Redo the 2. as often as the Ted Baker is able to.

When done I'll post the result and some Pictures

Okay I've tested the Ted Baker for a while now. It has enough Power for two full charges.
The Ted Baker is my personal favorite. You can keep the charger in your pocket while its conneted to your phone charging. Example:
Just imagine you go to class with 60% battery left, doing internet businesses till the internet is empty and when your class is done, you leave with a fully charged Diamond.
If anyone has questions or wants pictures just ask.
