Help Needed MMS

i am from pakistan and using U-Fone ...i m using I-Mate Pocket Pc Phone with WM 6..build 18508.0.7.0 TofClock...
i've installed Arcsoft MMS Composer v 5.0.31.7
but still cant send or recieve...
