error 294 when trying to install another rom

Can someone help me to upgrade my original Rom, each time I wanted to do it I got this error : error 294 I guess that is related to the operator, my question is : what's the solution to resolve that ?

A, make sure you have hardspl install. B, make sure your flashing the correct rom. niki or neon. Hope that helps :)
