Hi,

I read about ROM's and flashing things onto your PDA. But I'm new about this and just wanted to know te easiest way, and espaccially the correct things (like ROM, ...) you have to do to get my original touch running like the Viva.
I have the original since it came out, now my wife bought the Viva. I think it's much better so i want the same thing on mine. Viva is ROM: 256mb en RAM 128mb, the original touch is ROM: 128mb and RAM 64mb. Does this make a big difference to run Viva on Touch? And is it even possible (in an easy way)? Like I said, when your new at this, it's very confusing.

You cannot increase the ROM OR RAM. You can upgrade the ROM by newest version which you can find in Touch section.
What exactly you want like VIVA?

Yes I want to upgrade, but there are so many ROMs (from Opal, Onyx to Touch Essential). Don't know what to choose. I know the 64mb/128mb can have a memory problem if I upgrade, so I'm looking for a light version.
The same thing with flashing and upgrading radio, I read alot here, but can't seem to make the right choice. And I don't even find the right steps to do so.

Don't upgrade by another model, you will put yourself in problem. Go the section dealing with "touch" and look for latest ROM.
