Want a SHORTCUT for "Remove Programs" I can use as an icon for M2D

I don't know how one accesses the filepath for settings.

I just want to have, as one of my TouchFLO program icons, "Remove Programs" -- and have it go directly there, vs.

Start > Settings > System > Remove Programs
