HTC Touch Pro Unlock ?

I am buying a ATT FUZE which is a HTC Touch Pro unlocked...

I am going to use it for T-Mobile... Is there any way i can do a fresh install of the OS without all ATT'S CRAP?

wrong section for this post.. this belongs in the raphael section. and at some point someone is going to tell you to use the search function. but yes.. hard reset the phone, then go through the normal setup till you get to the part where it's asking for a password (I think) it should tell you that it'll finish the install, click next then soft reset it immediately (like click next and have the stylus in the soft reset hole, and as soon as you hit next, push in the stylus.).
