How is TF3D chechking for mails?

Can anyone tell me please how TF3D is synchronizing the email accounts? Its not starting poutlook in background. At least not visible.

I'd like to know it, so i maybe could use this method outside of TF3D to sync my mail accounts in background manually.

TF3D uses poutlook.. which is ran in the background automatically with wm.
you can use outlook email schedular to plan the sync manually...

unless you meant you wanna create an app to sync it manually... ?

But if i plan it it would be automaticly. Thats not what i want...and it would not be a problem to do it that way.

So how is TF3D telling the poutlook.exe to check for new mails? So i could make a shortcut that does the same thing.
