Any body can tell me how do remove the lock password? When using Sprite backup to RESTORE, the unit password becomes a problem since you can't punch in fast enough the password before Sprite backup says "cannot connect" and than you have to cancel job.
I waisted 2 hours trying to reload a backup because of it. There must be a way to remove lock without HARD RESET the unit!
