Htc touch screen broken and password protected

Hi all,

i need your help.
I broke my htc touch screen yesterday.
My touch is password protected, i tried to logon but that don't work.
I want to keep all contacts so i can't do an hard reset.
Do you know how to reset my password, or a software that don't need password or any other solution?

- power off your device
- hold SEND and END (green and red) buttons
- Power on your phone

a black screen with some white text will appear. So you just hit ACTION (middle) button and its done ;)

we can take control with mymobiler after unlock phone.

But i solved my problem.
I have a second htc touch on which I took the lcd screen
