because i took this rom as base its the best german rom. I cleaned it up a little and added german keyboard by default and the Tools as postet. I didnt use a kitchen.
I dont know how to change the xip for himalaya so...

Is a full kitchen for cooking, and as porting section xip you wrote on the forum specifically for Himalaya

i wasnt jokeing i have not a kitchen for himalaya like i have for the kaiser or the diamond. I collected only the tools to insert or remove files from an existing rom - so its more a fireplace then a kitchen for me but it does the job.

Updating the xip is what i learned something like install a servicepack for windows xp.

to ather: i read the tut i know how to get the xip.bin but i would like to know how to insert new xip.bin into nk.nba.

very good ROM. Please can you tell me, how you managed to integrate the german keyboard and set it to default? I didn't find a way until now.

thanks, very easy, i took from a kaiser dump the Base_Lang_0407 the msimde.dll and from the Base_Lang_0407_DPI_96 folder the msimde.96.dll and integrated the files and compared the rgu from both kaiser folders with the default.hv and user.hv registry overwriting the ones for english keyboard in the himalaya rom.
Hope you understand my english.

I successfully run it with Manilla2D, that eats up a lot of Main Storage. As I use a SDOI WLAN Card, I need to install Skype on the device. So I wonder, if you could provide the ROM with Ram-Disc, as it was originally done by DKAMIN?

Thanks, 32 MB ramdisk? I have too Manila 2D running in german, but with older Album version with need to select folder for pic, i would like to have one of the never Opal or Iolite Albums to work but didnt succeed - in M2D the pics are shown correct but if i press on a picture i have to select a folder the picture is not shown. Maybe you have it working?

This ROM is exactly what I need. By the way, I have the same issue with "Photo&Video" Tab. Additionally, I couldnīt find out how to handle the Portrait and Landscape format in this tab.
Also I canīt run videos in fullscreen landscape mode using WMP. But I keep on trying - might be related to registry.

Ok i added some missing registry and codec files videos are now playing in fullsreen landscape. I cleaned some more files in the registry and rom so i can not say what caused this so i uploaded the new rom V2:
