upgrade Qtek 2020

Hello,sorry I'm not too expert, but I've tried to upgrade my qtek 2020 from windows mobile 2003 to WM5 following instructions that i've found on this site, but I've got a big problem. When himaupgradeut_noID start after some minutes it gives me the following message: Error 101: connection error.
My qtek 2020 remain with the Serial (when it is out of the cradle) or -- USB (when it is on the cradle) black screen (v 1.06) and nothing happens... I've tried to reset it pressing the power and reset button but it remains on the same black screen!!
Please help me what could be the problem? What should I do? It seems to be a communication problem with the usb but before starting the upgrade Active sync was running ...

Hello,:D i have an imate ppc (the phone edition),,,i cant find an upgarde for my ppc,,,:confused: can anybobody help me pls...i tried the upgrade for xdaII that i got from this site.... but it does not work when i installed it ,,,,i would appreciate it if somebody could give me a guide to where to find the upgrade download for my ppc...the only program that work for my ppc is the pointui home,,,,,i also tried to install a phone pad,,,and it didnt work as well....it is sometimes difficult to do a text msg,,,,with the keybord... specially if i am on my way to work,,,,

please help me to upgrade my imate phone edition,,,,

any guide I could give would only be a directly
copy paste of the readme in the zip file with the rom upgrades
