Mobile Anti Virus... prevents ...?

Hello, I know this question has already been asked,
"Is a mobile Anti Virus really necessary?"

But I have another question:

Does a Mobile Anti Virus prevents other Viruses for a normal Windows System.

I got a Virus on my Internal Flash. I got it when I connected my phone on PC of a friend.
When I arrived back home and I connected my phone to my Computer: BAAAAM, I got pwned...

Can a Mobile Anti Virus help preventing this?

No. The mobile AV is only targeting viruses for mobile phones.
