How can I make Programs Tab icons clear?

I notice that the Programs Tab icons on some roms are clear (or translucent), but not on the one I am using. I've searched and searched but I can't figure out how to change them (the ones with the "+" on them). Any help? Thank you.

I'm glad I asked. I just installed it and it looks beautiful! I'm using the Diamond Background Changer and I didn't like how much of my wallpaper was being hidden. Thank you so much!
