I bought my refurb Tilt from AT&T online. Recently, AT&T sent me device unlock code but when I enter the code it says 'Invalid unlock code'. Customer service rep suggested it could be either device problem or some software running on my phone is causing this. She suggested I try unlocking after hard reset. They will get my phone exchanged if hard reset doesn't fix it.
My question is, has anyone experienced same problem? Do you think hard reset will solve the problem or the rep was just bluffing?
