Change Radio

Hi i am having great difficulty upgrading the radio on my phone. Every time i try and upgrae, the software says my device is not compatible?

My phone is a niki200 t-mobile mda, and running SPL-1.15.hard with current radio being 1.27.12.11

Any help would be great!
