Hi Guys,

as I am a noob on this forum, i searched around, but couldn't find anything related to my problem.
I do have my brand new Treo Pro (aka Treo 850) and I am having some trouble. When there is an incoming call, I answer it, but after a few seconds - just from nowhere - the flightmode gets active and the phonecall is droped. Maybe even only the phone is switched off... I can not see any difference. While the call is incomming there is no bluetooth active, the batterystate is good, no wifi connection...

I am really sad and frustrated, I switched from an older treo 650 where this problem happens, too. I thought there it has been due to his age, but now – with the same looking problem on my new Treo Pro (850) I am going mad.
Some more Info:
The touchscreen is locked at this time. The callduration was about 10 seconds max.

Could this be some incopatibilty with some of the installed programms, like TCPMP for example?
Thanks for any suggestions.
Yours JamFX

Hi JamFX, I'm a heavy user of my Treo Pro for work and have lots of apps installed; I've never experienced this problem.

You could try uninstalling one app at a time and hope you find the problem that way.

Otherwise try a hard reset if all else fails?

Good luck. ;)

just found that was my mistake...the phone let the touch screen active during calls and it's too sensitive so, your ear hit the signal info icon, hit the comm manager and there activate the air plane mode...you need to answer the call and hit lock that appear on the screen options and there is, no air plane mode active again...

Hope this work for you!

Hi Everybody,
thanks for your hints so far. What I've done so far is:
- Uninstall TCPMP
- checked if "lock screen during calls" is active -> was activated...

So I think, that the last solution was quite a good hint, but not for my case. I thought of this, too, so i tried this ;-)

Until now, I didn't had problems, but until now I didn't have so many calls to check. Lets see. I will report them here. If there are any similar cases known please don't hesitate to post.
Thanks
