Is it possible to get GPS directions via bluetooth headset?

Hello,

I've been using Garmin Mobile XT on my Kaiser and it works great.

However, is there a way to get navigation instructions to playback on the bluetooth headset instead of the phone external speaker?

I've got an ipod to play music in my car, and there's no way to hear the instructions while driving.

If Garmin dosen't support it... does TomTom or any other app support playback over headset?
