Torrent speed?

I have a Wing, on T-Mobile (yay EDGE!). I'm wondering if anyone has an idea of what speed I should set up my WM torrent client for. Right now I have it set at 43Kbps down/25Kbps up. Does that sound about like what EDGE should give me?

In the latest version, v.3, put 0 to upload and download limit, the application will auto manage the speed.
