Ok, I'm not usually one to post a new thread here, I've been a longtime reader and occasionally post in a thread or two as I prefer to search for my solution :-D
I recently took a 2125 and decided to update it, but I forgot to CID unlock it, silly me. Long of the short is that it's bricked so far. (stuck in bootloader) From all I've read, it looks like the only solution is to try to flash the original ROM, well I can't find one, does anyone have a mirror around? The HTC site doesn't support this phone anymore, although I did try the ROM for the 3125 to see if it would work, but I just got a error 266 - communication error. If anyone has a stock ROM they could dump, perhaps that could work...anyone?

Oh, BTW, it shows bootloader and says USB when connected I was following : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=324557 recently. I ran info 2 in tera term pro and it gave HTCSCWS_0801 for the CID. I tried format BINFS, but it gives an error to something of the tune of permission denied. I was hoping that I could CID unlock it from the bootloader, but it looks like that is not possible.
Trying other ROMs I've gotten errors (274?) INVALID VENDER ID before and the 3125 one didn't, so I wonder if I really bricked it after all...no biggie as I just got a friend one off ebay for $40.
