My Diamond's screen can not be aligned.

I have a hTC Touch Diamond and recently found the machine's screen can not be aligned. Not actually not alignable but sometimes it shifts to left or right. Sometimes, when the machine is recharging, making a call or using Wifi, it becomes hot! and it happens the problem. Today, I found it will has the problem when I holding it on my hand.

Anybody could help to fix this problem? Or even though you tell me the term of this issue would be appreciated.

I had this issue with one of my Diamonds, and the only solution I could find was to exchange it for another one. :(
