Hx4700 - stuck at touchscreen calibration

Hi, I desperately need help with touchscreen calibration for my iPAQ hx4700.
After hard reset I got stuck in an alignment loop. It goes on and on and on...
Maybe due to minor damages in my touchscreen. I have wm2003 in german.

I've found CalibrationData on the internet, but I don't know what to do with it 495,522,848,247,849,799,146,792,146,251

Is there a way to add it to my hx4700 and skip the calibration window?

You need to create file with name WELCOME.NOT(for example create TEXT DOCUMENT.TXT and rename it to WELCOME.NOT) and put this file to main directory on your device(via activesync) or to main directory on SD CARD
