reinstall o2 rom

hi .
I bought a xda orbit second hand with the artemis rom ver 4.0 ,
can I reinstall the original o2 uk rom as i think i am having issues with the current one.

Am i right in saying that if an Xda has a non service provider rom on it then it has already been unlocked and can now be loaded with any rom that is compatable with it?
Anyone reckon the O2 rom for the Uk is also for Ireland.

INSTALL QTEK ROM ON O2 EXEC - HOW???? Universal upgrading etc. ... my xda
exec as I was on the latest o2 rom and I followed the instructions here
