Earlier, I was able to hear when someone called, but when I picked up, there was no sound at the earpiece. I did a soft reset and after that, I could only be on speakerphone. I decided to do a hard reset after that and now there's no sound coming through the earpiece or the speaker. There's startup sound, but after that, there's nothing. Anyone know what's going on?
