Reject a call same as unavailable?

If I reject a call, does the call get treated as though I'm unavailable? I'm just trying to understand where the call gets forwarded to when I reject (Voicemail, Busy, or Unavailable).

depends on your operator

if u have voicemail enabled and u reject a call it'll goto ur voicemail.
if u dont have divert setup (eg-does not goto a different number) it'll just get a busy engaged dial tone.
