Searching a simple ROM without TouchFlo

I have been playing with TouchFlo on my opal and installed spb Mobile Shell. I like the Mobile Shell much more than touchflo. But since it is built into the ROM, it makes the phone slow.

Is there any really light-weight ROM available for Opal? Without TouchFlo and other stuff?

If not, may be I can try to develop myself. Can you guys help me with some links to understand how it is done?

idk why you hate touch flo but its great lol
anyway here what you should do ...
just click start - setting - today - items .. and dont cheak the touch flo so the touch flo wont work and your pda wont be slow just in case restart your pda aftere stopping the touch flo and if you wanted back do the same steps and re-cheak the touch flo
thats all you have to do
