Very Slow Opal

My opal is very slow from the day I bought it. When I receive a call, it starts vibrating, takes about 3 seconds to display the number of the caller, and then another 3 seconds before the ring tone starts playing.

I have tried cleaning it up, but of no use? And if I cant install lots of software, then whats the use of buying a Windows Mobile :mad:

Is this a common problem? Is there a solution to it?:confused:

Do you a storage card installed? If yes try remove it and see if speed increased!

i really dont know but my opal fast and great since the day i bought it lol
and my memory card is 4GB so i dont think there is problem with the memory card and is the slow on the call only or in the whole pda i mean even when you moving btween programs and could you tell me please how much the processer reading or the memory ....

I see the slowness only when the phone rings, or when a call comes on "waiting"... Otherwise, I dont mind the speed.

I have tried removing the card, which was just one gb, but no changes. I have tried hard-resetting, which was of no use. (i have ordered an 8GB card now, knowing that it is not the card, which is causing a problem)

i can even play call of duty 2 with my opal so ur hardwres got a problem most likely
