SMS schedule

Hi folks,

im looking for some program that allows me to schedule SMS sending, but i havent found anyone.

Use cases:
- write and sms now, and send it automatically some time in the future.
- send the same sms, multiple times at regular intervals.
- send a sms based on some event (not very important)
