Sim card is missing

Hi I tried to install The fallout game on the HTC touch dual and that game was lagged on my phone,then i tried to restart Phone and he dont see my sim card,i tried other sim cards and he dont see too....

maked hard reset but still not reading.... :( tried other cards ,not reading too...
