in 1 of the posts i was checking some1 said their fone wont auto send an sms if out of sigal..i know in the UK the sms will stay in outbox untill it find s sig and resends...however some new fones dont let this happen. (samsung omnia )
so...
can we make a sweet lil programme that will resend when signal is present?
and another lil sweet programme that will make the fone beep or vibrate when it picks up a sig.
i live in a area where i find it hard to get a signal so if my fone beeped saying it has a sig it would be grt.(and log info of time and date when sig was lost and again when sig reconnects)
any1 upto the challenge?
(this would also help when reporting to service providers any problems with network as we req customers to give examples of place/times/and basic prob info eg drop call.)
added idea...poss warning if internet connection? my fone never tells me it connects to internet..a nice warning would save me ALOT of charges
