How Unlock CID only by bootloader?

Hi,
I have SPV E650 with demaged Windows Mobile and I need to reinstall it.
But it's problem...i have a CID lock and I must unlock it.
Problem is becouse I can connect my VOX to PC only via bootloader.

Can I unlock CID using bootloader mode?
How I can do it?

As i know, you can not flash sspl without bypass.

which model of vox are you using ?
you can find some roms that match your CID at xda ftp server.

i am not sure which one will match your cid
maybe the RUU_Vox_HTC_FRA_1.34.406.1_4.1.13.54_03.10.90_Ship .exe ?

I have same problem . phone in bootloader mode. and upgrade rom give vendor id error.

cid bypass uspl 1.16 cannot detect phone.
